Jeff Wheaton

Jeff Wheaton has worked in a variety of roles in the Information Technology field since 1983. Jeff began their career as a Programmer Analyst at the Illinois State Lottery in 1987, then moved to Forms Composition, Inc. / Arkay Imaging Systems as Director of Research and Development in 1983. In 1989, they became a Systems Analyst at the Department of Children and Family Services, and in 1995, they were appointed Public Service Administrator at the Illinois State Police. In 1999, they joined Associated Network Partners, Inc. as Vice President of Information Technology, and in 2007, they became President of Blue Stream Records, an indie music label and recording studio based in Central Illinois. In 2008, they began working as a Senior Manager at MSF&W, providing Information Technology consulting services. Jeff is PMP Certified and has over 20 years of application architecture and project management experience in telecommunications, law enforcement, public health, education and various government agencies.

Jeff Wheaton attended Virden High School from 1978 to 1981 and then DeVry Institute of Technology from 1981 to 1983, where they studied Electronic Engineering Technology. Jeff also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
