Olga Blum

Olga Blum has extensive work experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Olga began their career at MARVECS GmbH in 2007 as a wissenschaftlicher Außendienst, and later served as a Regional Manager, Project Manager, and Director Recruitment. Olga worked in these positions until December 2018. In January 2019, they joined NiK Personalberatung e.K. as a Senior Recruiter. In October 2019, they returned to MARVECS GmbH as a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition, and is currently serving as the Head of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition since January 2022.
