Meenakshi A.

Meenakshi A. has been working in the recruitment industry since 2006. Meenakshi began their career at iGate Mastech as a Team Lead - Recruitment. In 2009, they moved to ERG as a Recruitment Lead, where they specialized in full life cycle recruitment of international NON-IT talent. From 2010 to 2014, Meenakshi was with HCL Global Systems Inc, where they held the roles of Accounts Manager - Recruitment and Team Lead Recruitment. In 2017, they joined Ace Infotech as the Head - Client Delivery & Operations, where they focused on creating new avenues for their firm on acquiring new clients. Finally, in 2018, they were appointed as the Director - Delivery & Operations at MARVEL Infotech Inc.

Meenakshi A. completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting and Business/Management from Delhi University. Meenakshi then went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. Lastly, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Software and Media Applications from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
