Andy Chang

Andy Chang is an accomplished director of product and testing engineering at Marvell Technology, focusing on strategic leadership, high volume manufacturing (HVM) processes, and implementation of silicon photonics testers for high-speed interconnect applications. With extensive experience at Broadcom Limited, Andy held roles as R&D and project manager, principal engineer, and VCSEL R&D product engineer, specializing in optical systems, silicon photonics, and mixed signal ICs. Prior experience includes a technical leadership position at Avago Technologies in high-speed optical transceiver development, alongside research roles at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and National Taiwan University. Andy holds a Ph.D. in optoelectronics from UC Santa Barbara and a master's degree in optoelectronics from National Taiwan University.
