Brian Fry

Brian Fry is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in semiconductor design and development. Currently positioned as a Senior Staff Engineer in Library Design at Marvell Semiconductor since November 2015, Brian focuses on standard cell library development and supports various CAD and EDA tools. Prior experience includes a tenure at SanDisk as a Staff CAD Engineer, where standard and macro cells were characterized in the Memory Technology Division. Brian began their career at ARM as a Senior Design Engineer after Artisan Components' acquisition, contributing to the Physical Intellectual Property Division. Additionally, Brian has held roles in academic settings as a Lab Tutor and has participated in internships at Applied Materials and UC Santa Cruz. Brian holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
