Kevin Caffey

Kevin Caffey is the Senior Vice President of Quality at Marvell. In this role, he is responsible for leading the company's global quality organization. Kevin brings 25 years of experience as a business and technology executive in the semiconductor industry, with an exemplary track record in quality, reliability, and technology development to Marvell.

Most recently, Kevin served as Vice President of Quality and Reliability Engineering at Qualcomm for over a decade. Under his leadership, Qualcomm won multiple quality awards every year from its largest mobile communications customers. Kevin also established Qualcomm’s automotive quality program as Qualcomm successfully introduced four generations of premium IVI chipsets to the automotive market. Prior to Qualcomm, Kevin held similar quality leadership roles at Nvidia, Semtech Corporation and LSI Logic.

Kevin holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Pennsylvania State University, where he was National Science Foundation Fellow, and a B.S. in Chemistry from Pace University.
