Leonard Smith

Leonard Smith, Jr. is an accomplished professional in the field of quality management and infrastructure, currently serving as Vice President/Senior Quality Assurance Manager at STV since January 2020. Prior to this role, Leonard held the position of Vice President/T&I Business Unit Leader at STV Incorporated from February 2008 to January 2020, overseeing strategic business planning and marketing for Pennsylvania client services and managing operations for the Central Pennsylvania Harrisburg area. Leonard's career also includes a significant tenure as Vice President of the Structures Division at KCI Technologies, Inc. from 1989 to 2007. Leonard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University, earned between 1973 and 1977.
