Rachel Benita

Rachel Benita is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in analog IC design and power analysis. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer at Marvell Technology since June 2020, Rachel previously worked as an Engineer Intern at MediaTek, where responsibilities included power analysis of GPU designs. In addition to a role as Founder of integratedciruitdesign.com, Rachel served as a System Engineer at Infosys from June 2016 to May 2018. Rachel holds two Master of Science degrees in Integrated Circuit Design from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and Technical University of Munich, and an Engineer’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Anna University Chennai. Early education was completed at St. Mary's Higher Secondary School, where a focus on Mathematics was established.
