Rick Wallace

Rick Wallace is a highly experienced executive currently serving as a Board Member at Marvell Technology since April 2024 and as the President and CEO of KLA since January 2006. With a long-standing tenure at KLA beginning in February 1988, Rick has also held board member positions at notable companies such as Splunk, Proofpoint, NetApp, Silicon Valley Leadership Group, SEMI, and Beckman Coulter. Previous technical experience includes roles at Cypress Semiconductor as a Lithography Engineer and Procter & Gamble as an Engineer. Rick holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
