Corey D. Petersen

Corey Petersen, Vice President, co-manages of the Seattle office, where he performs property condition assessments, damage evaluations, pre-construction project reviews, owner's representation, and construction loan monitoring on both commercial and multifamily residential projects.

He also spearheads the firm's involvement in exterior envelope design and rehabilitation services in the Northwest.

Corey has over 20 years of experience, including 15 years with a Seattle architectural firm. His roles have included work in programming, planning, document preparation, code review, jurisdictional coordination and construction administration services for commercial, retail, industrial and multifamily projects.
