Dan Yntema

Dan Yntema, Assistant Vice President in Marx|Okubo’s Atlanta office, is responsible for property condition assessments, pre-construction project reviews, owner representation, and construction loan monitoring, with an emphasis on multifamily and senior housing projects.

With a career spanning more than three decades, Dan has broad expertise in the design and construction of a variety of building types, including retail, mixed-use, multi-family, religious, hospitality, and institutional. He is a member of Marx|Okubo’s Senior Housing and Building Envelope groups and is a Quality Assurance Observer recognized by the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants
