Jason Morris, Assistant Vice President in Marx|Okubo’s Pasadena office, performs architectural consulting, property condition assessments, preconstruction project reviews, periodic construction observation, and owner’s representation-related services.

With a strong background in project management and architectural detailing, Jason draws upon his experience in both the commercial and residential markets to find creative solutions to complex problems.

His experience performing building evaluations ranges from 72-story office towers and large (1.3 million square feet) portfolios to 30- to 90-building facility condition assessments for internationally recognized media companies (ranging from 206,044 square feet to 1.8m square feet).
