Brad N. Pearson has extensive experience in advancement and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Advancement at the University of Rochester Advancement since April 2019, Brad previously held the position of Executive Director at Rochester Regional Health from July 2014 to March 2019. Earlier roles include Director of Advancement at the University of Rochester Advancement and Director of Agency Advancement at Mary Cariola Children's Center. Brad's career began in the United States Air Force, where Brad served as a Senior Airman from 1996 to 2000. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree from St. John Fisher University and a Bachelor's Degree from SUNY Geneseo.

Mary Cariola Center is the regional leader in personalized, interdisciplinary, evidenced-based education and life skill solutions that inspire and empower individuals and the families of those with multiple, complex disabilities. Mary Cariola Center is an independent, non-profit agency and is regarded as a leader in providing education, residential programs and other services for individuals with disabilities. The Center was the first in the nation to have a sensory room, and opened New York State’s first group home for children and youth with significant behavior management needs.
