Michelle Branciforte

Michelle Branciforte is a dedicated social worker with extensive experience in child welfare and care management. Currently serving as the Social Worker and Children's Health Home Care Management Supervisor at Mary Cariola Center since December 2016, Michelle has successfully created and managed a care management program aimed at improving health outcomes for children affected by trauma. Previous roles include working as the Resource Mobilization and Communications Officer at Fondo Centroamericano de Mujeres, where Michelle managed donor communications and supervised staff, and as the Child Protection Program Manager for Whole Child International, overseeing a nationwide training program for caregivers.
