Vibeke Koushede

Vibeke Koushede currently serves as a member of the Trivselskommisionen at Børne- og Undervisningsministeriet and as a board member at Mary Fonden. From April 2023 to May 2024, Vibeke holds the position of Vice Chair and board member at Open Social Value Bank. As of April 2020, Vibeke has been the Head of Department and a professor in public mental health and mental health promotion at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen. Previous roles include professor in public mental health promotion at University of Southern Denmark and senior researcher and project leader at The Danish National Institute of Public Health. Additional experience encompasses post-doctoral work at Statens Institut for Folkesundhed and various positions ranging from PhD student to midwife. Vibeke Koushede holds a PhD in Pharmacoepidemiology and a Master’s degree in Public Health from Københavns Universitet, as well as a Diploma in Midwifery from the University of Brighton.
