Ali Blauw is a seasoned professional in health and performance, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Health and Performance at Discovery Land Company since July 2020. With a diverse background, Ali has been contributing as an Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Technician, and Nutrition Clinician at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital since June 2015. Additionally, Ali serves as a Fitness Instructor and Health and Wellness Coach at the YMCA of Greater Grand Rapids. Previous experience includes the role of Personal Training Coordinator at YMCA of Middle Tennessee from May 2018 to July 2020. Ali earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Calvin University in 2015.
