Rosalie Glowney has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to quality improvement, risk management, and nursing. Rosalie currently serves as the Director of Quality and Risk at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital since November 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant/Corporate Compliance Officer at STRIVE RECREATIONAL THERAPY SERVICES, INC. starting from June 2020.
In their previous role at Spectrum Health, Rosalie Glowney held multiple positions from 1997 to 2020. Rosalie was the Director of Quality Improvement from June 2015 to May 2020, where they successfully implemented evidence-based care practices, resulting in a decrease in medical malpractice claims. As the Nurse Manager of the Labor and Delivery Department from 2005 to 2015, they led a team of over 190 staff and significantly improved operational efficiencies. Additionally, they served as a Risk Manager from 2001 to 2005 and started their career at Spectrum Health as a Registered Nurse from 1997 to 2001.
Rosalie Glowney holds a Masters of Science in Health Law and Policy from DePaul University, with a focus on Health Law and Public Policy. Rosalie also obtained a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan, with a specialization in Nursing.
