Vice President For Service Line Strategy at Bon Secours

Ryan Stuhlreyer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and responsibilities. Ryan began their career in 2005 as a Volunteer EMT at Harrisonburg Rescue Squad, where they served until 2010. In 2009, they joined Bon Secours St. Francis Medical Center as an Administrative Intern and quickly transitioned to the role of Manager of Service Excellence, a position they held until 2011.

After that, Ryan moved to Bon Secours Richmond Health System, where they held various positions. From 2011 to 2014, they served as the Manager of Planning and Project Management, overseeing the logistical planning and integration of strategic initiatives across acute care and ambulatory facilities. Ryan also managed clinical and physician contracts for St. Francis Medical Center.

In 2014, Ryan became the Assistant to the CEO, working closely with the St. Francis Medical Center Executive Team and being responsible for maintaining and developing strategic priorities for the hospital and local market. Ryan was also designated as the Institutional Official for St. Francis Family Medicine Residency during this time.

Ryan then transitioned to the role of Vice President for Chronic Conditions in 2016, where they held responsibility for this service line until 2019. Their duties included developing and implementing strategies to address chronic conditions.

Their most recent position at Bon Secours Richmond Health System is Vice President for Service Line Strategy, which they have held since March 2019. In this role, Ryan is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and financial success for various service lines within the health system.
