Alicia Kramer

Alicia Kramer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both the beauty and education sectors. Currently serving as an Independent Senior Beauty Consultant for Mary Kay Cosmetics since July 2017, Alicia focuses on empowering women through skincare classes, color consultations, and mentorship. Additionally, Alicia has held multiple leadership roles at Mercy Ships since 1997, including Director of Staff Development and Academy Principal on Caribbean Mercy, where responsibilities included managing educational programs for crew members' children. Alicia holds a Master's degree in Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Louisiana Monroe.
