Cleopatra Castañeda

Cleopatra Castañeda, MSW APSW, brings extensive experience in social services and community support, currently serving as a Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant since April 2024. In their role as Director of Adult Protective Services at Milwaukee County since June 2019, Cleopatra has demonstrated leadership by managing the operations of the Energy Assistance Program, overseeing a $4 million budget, and implementing effective marketing and outreach strategies.
