Christie Ahman

Christie Ahman is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in global talent acquisition and international human resources. Currently serving as the Manager of Global Talent Acquisition and previously as the Manager of International Human Resources for the Europe Region at Mary Kay Inc. since October 2008, Christie has effectively advanced through various roles, including Sr. International Human Resource Generalist. Prior to Mary Kay Inc., Christie held the position of Human Resource Manager at TexasLending.com and worked as an International Human Resource Consultant at ACS, Inc., along with roles at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and an internship at Baker Botts, LLP. Christie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Texas A&M University, complemented by prior education at Dallas Baptist University.
