Cindy Erdal

Cindy Erdal has over three decades of experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently, Cindy serves as a Sales Director for Mary Kay Cosmetics since February 2002, focusing on providing health and beauty services while promoting personal growth through ethical practices. Previous positions include Director of Children and Family Ministries at Faith Pres. Church of Minnetonka from 1998 to 2004, Director of Risk Management at the YMCA of Lake County from 1993 to 1996, Aquatic and Fitness Director at Gurnee Park District from 1988 to 1993, and Program Director at Camp Ravenswood YMCA from 1986 to 1992. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in outdoor education, parks and recreation, and psychology from Western Illinois University, complemented by a foundational education at Northwestern High School in Sciota, IL.
