Jerry Tilson

Jerry Tilson currently serves as the Director of Information Security, Governance, Risk, & Compliance and Artificial Intelligence at Mary Kay Global, a role held since March 2012. In this position, Jerry oversees the strategic direction of various security operations and initiatives, successfully enhancing global company culture through executive engagement and the establishment of a robust Security Ambassador program. With a career spanning over two decades, Jerry possesses extensive experience in information security, having previously held positions such as Technical Advisor and Information Security Manager at prestigious companies including McAfee and Omnicom - DMSP. Jerry's foundational experience began in the United States Air Force, where significant contributions to computer and networking security were made. Educational qualifications include a degree in Computer Information System Management from Park University and an Associate's Degree in Technology and Military Science from the Community College of the Air Force.
