Michael Kalkstein is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in process development, primarily in the cosmetics industry. Currently serving as Principal Engineer for Process Development at Mary Kay Inc. since April 2011, Michael focuses on developing and scaling manufacturing processes for skin care and color cosmetic products, overseeing technology transfer to various manufacturing sites, and leading initiatives for emulsion formulas. Prior roles encompass various engineering and managerial positions at Cosmolab from April 2002 to March 2011, and earlier experience at Kopp Glass from August 1997 to March 2001. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, earned in 1997.
