Nathan Moore

Nathan Moore is the President of the North America region at Mary Kay. Nathan has over 20 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, and interviewing IT and Non-IT candidates. Prior to joining Mary Kay, Nathan was a Consultant and Sr Technical Recruiter at Advantage Technical. Nathan was responsible for full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, qualifying and placement of a full range of IT and Non-IT candidates for contract, contract to perm and direct hire positions on w2 hourly/salaried work type.

Nathan has a proven track record of success in recruiting and sourcing qualified candidates. Nathan is skilled at defining job descriptions and short-listing candidates based on the requirement, technology, skillset, experience, and education. Nathan is also experienced in collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals. Nathan leverages multiple sourcing strategies and channels including external network, job boards, and internal referrals to provide high-quality candidates for open positions.

In addition to sourcing and recruiting candidates, Nathan is also responsible for screening resumes, interviewing qualified candidates, evaluating skill level, managing offer process, reference checks, and making salary recommendations. Nathan has a keen eye for detail and is experienced in checking references, negotiating terms and rates for each project, coordinating the interview process, extending offers, and closing candidates. Nathan is also responsible for creating and preparation of work orders, vendor contracts, offer letters, experience letters and relieving letters.

Nathan Moore's educational career includes obtaining a private pilot's license with an instrument rating from Horizon Aviation, becoming a disciplined agile scrum master from the Project Management Institute Chennai Chapter, and becoming a commercial pilot from Flights, Inc.

They are on a team with Julia Simon - Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary, Tara Eustace - President, European Region, and Wendy Wang - President, Asia Pacific Region. Nathan Moore reports to David Holl, Chairman & CEO.
