Wendy Rodenberger DNP RN NEA-BC has a diverse work experience in the field of nursing. Wendy started their career at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, where they held various roles including Staff Nurse Float Pool, Nursing Educator in Labor and Delivery, Nurse Manager in Labor and Delivery, Nursing Program Manager in Women and Infants, and Assistant Nurse Manager in Labor and Delivery. Wendy then joined OhioHealth, where they served as the Director of Inpatient Services and Quality, Director of Quality and Patient Safety, and Vice President of Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Patient Services and CNO at Mary Rutan Health.
Wendy Rodenberger DNP RN NEA-BC has a strong educational background in nursing. Wendy obtained their Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Mount Carmel College of Nursing in 2022, after completing their Master's of Science in Nursing Science from the same institution in 2006. Wendy also holds a Bachelor's of Nursing degree, which they earned from Mount Carmel College of Nursing in 2003. Prior to that, they attended Lima Technical College and obtained an Associate's degree in Nursing Science in 1995.
Additionally, Wendy has acquired their Nurse Executive Advanced (NEA-BC) certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center in February 2016.
