Allison Lindsay

Allison Lindsay is a Professional Certified Coach, specializing in neurodiversity and wellbeing. As the Founder and Managing Director of SCHOOL FOR WELLBEING LTD since December 2016, Allison supports individuals in achieving their goals and finding meaning in life. Currently serving as an Associate Coach at Genius Within CIC, Allison aids neurodiverse employees in optimizing their workplace strategies. Additional roles include tutoring Wellbeing and Resilience at Mary Ward Centre and extensive consultancy experience across various companies, such as Daggerwing Group Inc and Ketchum Change, focusing on organizational change and employee engagement. Allison holds an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology from the University of Surrey, a BSc (Hons.) in Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, and a BSc in Geography and Anthropology from UCL.
