Amy Utley

Amy Utley is an experienced recruitment and talent acquisition professional with a strong background in healthcare. Currently, as the Manager of Recruitment & Candidate Experience at Mary Washington Healthcare since April 2019, Amy leads a high-performing team of recruiters to achieve ambitious hiring goals. Prior to this role, Amy worked at UVA Health System Novant Health Culpeper Medical Center from March 2010 to April 2019 as a Recruiter and Compensation Analyst, where responsibilities included managing the full life cycle recruitment process for over 600 employees and training department directors on hiring practices. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Safety & Security and Facilities Coordinator at Culpeper Regional Health System from 2002 to 2010. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Liberty University.
