Darlene Thompson

Darlene Thompson is an experienced program manager specializing in career development, currently serving at Mary Washington Healthcare since July 2019. In this role, Darlene builds and manages both clinical and non-clinical career development programs and counseling services aimed at supporting organizational goals. Prior to this position, Darlene spent over two decades at Virginia Commonwealth University, where roles included Associate Director of Business Career Services and Assistant Director of the University Career Center.
