George Stevens

Director, Facilities at MARYHURST INC

George Stevens has been working in facilities management for over 20 years. George started their career as a maintenance supervisor at Norton Healthcare in 2001. In 2008, they became the physical plant manager / safety officer at Seven Counties Services. George held this position for four years before moving to Jones Lang LaSalle, where they worked as an operations manager / safety officer on the kindred Healthcare account. In 2014, they left Jones Lang LaSalle to become the director of facilities at MARYHURST INC. George is a highly experienced and respected facilities manager, and they are dedicated to ensuring that all of the buildings under their care are well-maintained and safe for everyone who uses them.

George Stevens' educational career began with a degree in electrical engineering from the USN. George then went on to earn their FTM 1 from the United States Navy. After that, they became a Certified Facility Manager from IFMA. George also has a Building Operator Certificate from KPPC. In addition, they have certification from the Northwest Energy Efficiency Council as a Certified Building Operator (CBO) and from IFMA as a Certified Facility Manager (CFM).

George Stevens reports to Paula Garner, Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Ginny Gittli - Director, Agency Performance & Quality, Michelle C. Kersting - Vice President of Finance, CFO, and Patrick Boardman - Director, Marketing & Communications.
