Ted Downs

Ted Downs is an IT Infrastructure Architect at Maryland & Virginia Milk Producers Cooperative since May 2023, bringing extensive experience in systems engineering and network operations. Previously, Ted served as a Senior Systems Engineer at Focus Brands from August 2012 to November 2022, where responsibilities included configuring and managing Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and supporting SSO and MFA solutions. Prior to that, Ted was Network Operations Manager at Auntie Anne's, Inc. from January 1996 to August 2012, contributing to the planning, configuration, and scaling of the corporate network during rapid growth and managing SAN platforms using leading technologies. Ted holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
