Francisco Viloria

Francisco Viloria is a highly experienced IT professional, currently serving as the CTO and Founder of Goopy Technology since September 2018, where responsibilities include leading the transition to a modern Kubernetes-backed infrastructure. As the CEO and Founder of Sytec and a Cloud Solution Architect since April 2016, Francisco specializes in the development of scalable cloud-based platforms. Francisco has also held various roles, including Infrastructure Architect and IT Senior Consultant at Solvex Dominicana, Site Reliability Engineer at Hakka CyberSecurity, and Cloud Data Architect for the Policia Nacional de República Dominicana. Past experience includes leading a team as System Engineer Team Lead at ERC, overseeing critical systems engineering, and contributing as Head of Engineering at Gallery Arc. With a strong educational background in computer science and project management, Francisco possesses expertise in cloud architecture, AWS, Kubernetes, and IT service improvement.
