Jeffrey Miller is an experienced Airport Security Program Manager with expertise in airport operations and security. Currently serving at the Maryland Aviation Administration since February 2013, Miller oversees airport security initiatives. From August 2009 to May 2020, Miller contributed to the Community Colleges of Baltimore County, Catonsville Campus as an adjunct faculty member, teaching Airport Management and Aviation Safety. Prior to this, Miller spent over 25 years at BWI Airport, first as an Airport Operations Manager ensuring safe airport operations and later as a Special Projects Manager involved in security system installations. Miller began a career in martial arts as an Instructor's Assistant at Sherman's Martial Arts before transitioning to academic roles. Miller holds a BS in Aviation Business Administration with a focus on Airport Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

MAA owns and operates Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport and Martin State Airport. Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport is the 22nd busiest airport in the United States, and the busiest in the Washington-Baltimore region. In 2018, Maryland Governor Larry Hogan announced that BWI Marshall Airport produces a total economic impact of $9.3 billion. The airport and visitors generate and support more than 106,000 jobs throughout Maryland and the region. BWI Marshall Airport was recognized as Best Airport in North America by Airports Council International World (ACI World) for 2020. Martin State Airport is an important transportation and economic development asset, located in Middle River, about 10 miles from downtown Baltimore. Martin State Airport serves and supports a broad variety of aviation services including corporate and private aviation activities, flight training, recreational, aviation maintenance, law enforcement, and military operations of the Maryland Air National Guard.
