Renee Phillips-Farley has a diverse work experience spanning different organizations. Renee started their career at the FAA as a Legal Intern in 2012, where they completed various research memos and attended meetings on topics such as hydraulic fracturing and disadvantaged business enterprises. In 2013, they joined Baltimore County Government as a Legal Fellow, and later became an Assistant County Attorney in 2014. In 2018, they transitioned to the Maryland Aviation Administration, where they held the roles of Assistant Attorney General and Director of the Office of Commercial Management. As a Director, they are currently responsible for overseeing commercial management initiatives, and their previous role as Assistant Attorney General likely involved providing legal counsel to the organization.

Renee Phillips-Farley pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Sociology/Anthropology from Ohio Wesleyan University, which they successfully completed between 2005 and 2009.
