Allison Dunlap, SHRM-CP, possesses extensive experience in human resources, operations, and financial management across various organizations. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Maryland Coalition of Families since December 2019, Dunlap has also held multiple roles including Accounting & Benefits Administrator and IT & Administrative Manager. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager and Human Resources – PT Consultant at Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless, along with positions as Assistant Director of Human Resources at Family Services and Director of Human Resources at GUIDE Program, Inc. Beginning a career at SODEXO, Dunlap climbed the ranks from Production Manager to Unit Controller. Academically, Dunlap holds a B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management from Penn State University and an M.S. in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.

Maryland Coalition of Families (MCF) helps families who care for someone with behavioral health needs. Using personal experience as parents, caregivers, youth and other loved ones, we connect, support and empower Maryland’s families. Our staff provide one-to-one support to parents and caregivers of young people with mental health issues and to any loved one who cares for someone with a substance use or gambling issue. We also advocate to improve systems that impact individuals with behavioral health challenges.
