Heather Enos-Graves

Heather Enos-Graves is an experienced environmental and sustainability professional currently serving as the Assistant Environmental Section Chief and Lead Environmental Specialist at Maryland Environmental Service since March 2023. In this role, Heather leads special programs for the Maryland Energy Administration, focusing on federal grant opportunities and quantifying greenhouse gas emissions reductions. Previous positions include Sustainability Analyst at CQI Associates LLC, Working Director of Systems at Commercial Maintenance Solutions, Human Factors Engineer at Johns Hopkins Armstrong Institute for Patient Safety and Quality, and various roles during earlier academic pursuits at universities. Heather holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering with a specialization in Human Factors Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida.
