John O'Neill

John O'Neill has extensive experience in leadership and education, currently serving as Deputy Director at Maryland Environmental Service since August 2017 and as an Adjunct Professor at Stevenson University since September 1976. O'Neill's previous roles include Deputy Director at Maryland Environmental Service from August 2005 to August 2017, Director of Administration for Harford County MD from December 1998 to August 2005, and Warden of Harford County Detention Center from December 1994 to December 1998. Additionally, O'Neill held various positions within the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services, including Deputy Secretary and Assistant Secretary, and briefly served as Acting Superintendent of the Maryland State Police. O'Neill's educational background includes a Master of Science in Information Technology from Stevenson University, an MBA in Economics and Management from Loyola University Maryland, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Education from the same institution.
