Patricia Lyons

Patricia Lyons is a seasoned environmental management professional with extensive experience in project management, personnel supervision, and permit compliance across various organizations. Currently serving as the Assistant Regional Supervisor at Southern Region since May 2008, Patricia oversees multiple projects to ensure client satisfaction and budget management. Patricia has held managerial roles at Maryland Environmental Service, where responsibilities included managing operations and staff for multiple treatment facilities, and prior operations management positions at various facilities. Patricia's educational background includes two Master's degrees in Environmental Management and Environmental Science from The Johns Hopkins University, along with dual Bachelor's degrees in Geography and Environmental Studies from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and an Associate degree in Environmental Science from Anne Arundel Community College.
