Kashyap Sridhar

Kashyap Sridhar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Perplexity AI Business Fellow, Kashyap also founded Alive XR, leading the development of innovative AR applications for firefighters to enhance emergency response capabilities. As an independent contractor at Swingtech, Kashyap provides product management for VR services, while previously serving as a product and tech lead for a Learning Management System. Volunteer efforts include coordinating meal deliveries for GAITHERSBURG MEALS-ON-WHEELS INC and assisting clients at A Wider Circle. Kashyap has also contributed to education as a workshop facilitator and guest lecturer at the Maryland Institute College of Art, organized events for VR UX DC, and co-founded VRUXDC to foster a community of creators in immersive technologies. Holding an MS in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University Chennai, Kashyap's diverse skill set encompasses strategy consulting and innovative technological solutions.
