Matt Reamer 🤙

Matt Reamer is a seasoned professional in product design with extensive experience across various roles. Currently, as a Senior Manager of Product Design at CarMax since July 2022, Matt leads the Product Design efforts for the Progress program, overseeing eight product teams responsible for comprehensive design processes. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Product Design at Scott's Cheap Flights, along with multiple positions at CarMax, where responsibilities ranged from leading design for online checkout to driving innovation in e-commerce. Matt has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor in User Experience Design at the Maryland Institute College of Art and previously taught Conversation Design at VCU Brandcenter. With a Master's in Customer Experience Design from VCU Brandcenter and a Bachelor's in Creative Advertising, Matt has developed a robust skill set in creating engaging and effective user experiences.
