Director Of Health And Safety at Maryland Jockey Club

Jeff Kreimer has a diverse work experience in the field of health and safety. Jeff started their career as a paramedic at the Baltimore County Fire Department in 1988, and later became a paramedic at the Maryland Jockey Club until 1996. Jeff then joined the Carroll County Haz Mat Team as a team administrator from 1999 to 2010. In 1999, they also began working as a fire specialist at the Baltimore County Fire Department, where they conducted training and inspections. From 2003 to 2011, they were promoted to the role of fire lieutenant, where they were involved in various planning and evaluating stages. In 2011, Kreimer joined the Baltimore County Government as a fire captain until 2021. Currently, they are serving as the director of health and safety at the Maryland Jockey Club.

Jeff Kreimer has attended the National Fire Academy and the University of Maryland. Jeff holds certifications such as Nationally Registered Paramedic, Fire Officer IV, Health and Safety Officer, Incident Safety Officer for EMS Operations, and Incident Safety Officer for Fire Suppression.
