Adrienne Cousler Diaczok has a diverse work experience in communications and outreach roles. Adrienne began their career as a Public Information Specialist/Intern at the Maryland State Highway Administration in 2002. Adrienne then worked as a Public Information Officer in the same organization from 2003 to 2005, where they gained experience in media relations and event planning. Following that, they served as a Communications Specialist in the Insurance Industry from 2005 to 2011, where they were responsible for marketing, public relations, and media activities. From 2011 to 2018, Adrienne worked as a Communications and Outreach Manager at the Maryland Department of Environment, overseeing outreach programs and managing special events. Currently, they are the Director Of Customer Experience at Maryland MVA - MDOT, where they provide strategic communications direction and promotes the organization's opportunities to the public.

Adrienne Cousler Diaczok obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications and Political Science from Towson University. Adrienne attended the university from 1999 to 2003. Later, they pursued and received their Master of Arts degree in Communication and Policy from Towson University, completing their studies from 2008 to 2011.
