Andrew Sarcinello

Andrew Sarcinello, PE, currently serves as a Park Engineer at the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission since November 2022. Prior to this role, Andrew worked as a Water Resources Engineer at GKY from September 2014 to October 2022. Andrew's career began as a Trip Guide at Penn State Adventure Recreation from January 2013 to May 2014. Andrew earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University, completing studies in 2014.
