Shannon Olson

Shannon Olson is an accomplished SharePoint Administrator with extensive experience in managing and supporting SharePoint environments. Currently serving at the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission since June 2017, Shannon previously held roles including Lead SharePoint Help Desk Technician at Information Innovators Inc. and SharePoint Consultant as an Independent Contractor. Key responsibilities included troubleshooting and user support for SharePoint issues at the Department of Education and building SharePoint farms for various clients.
