David Emmart

David Emmart has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. David started their career in the US Army as a multi-channel communications operator from 1988 to 1992. Following this, they worked at Lucent Technologies as a System Hardware Engineer, contributing to the development of the AT&T 2NCP Mainframe. From 1994 to 2004, David worked at ADP as an Information Technology Field Engineer, managing the installation and maintenance of telecommunications equipment. David then joined CenturyLink (formerly Qwest) as a Senior Engineer and Site Manager from 2004 to 2014. In 2017, they worked at TEKsystems as a Cyber Watch Analysis. David's work experience also includes roles at Akima Global Services, LLC as a Mid-Level Installer, AdvantageSCI as a Security Operations Project Manager, and the Maryland National Guard as a Telecommunications Operations Chief. Currently, they are employed at The Harbor Bank of Maryland as an AVP/IT Project Manager.

David Emmart has a comprehensive education history that includes various degrees, certificates, and specialized training. Their education journey began in 1988 when they obtained a Certificate in Multi-channel Communications System Operator from the military. In 1992, they pursued Technical Training in Telecommunications Repair at RETS and also completed a Certificate in Mobil Subscriber Equipment (MSE) Transmission System Operator Course through the military.

Additionally, David holds two additional certifications independent of their formal education. In 2021, they obtained the CompTIA Network+ ce Certification from CompTIA and the Google IT Support Professional Certificate from Coursera.
