Michelle Mundis, MS, CMD, currently serves as Senior Dosimetrist at the Maryland Proton Treatment Center, where responsibilities include performing patient-specific proton therapy plan verification measurements and assisting with quality assurance for the proton treatment delivery system. Previous roles include Clinical Coordinator and Dosimetry Trainee at the University of Maryland Medical Center, and Field Service Engineer II at Varian Medical Systems, where installation of the ProBeam proton therapy system was a key task. Early in career, Michelle gained experience in management and customer service roles at Sam's Club and worked as a Medical Physics Student at Memorial Health. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Medical Physics from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
