Bobby Jackson is a seasoned educator with extensive experience in science education and curriculum development. Currently serving as the Virtual Science Liaison and Instructor, K-12 Science Specialist, and High School AP Biology and Biomedical Science Teacher at Anne Arundel County Public Schools since August 2015, Bobby also contributes to higher education as a Graduate Professor of STEM Education, Community-Based Educational Leadership, and Forensic Sciences at Stevenson University since August 2016, and as a Professor of Forensic Sciences at Harford Community College. In addition to these roles, Bobby has held several contractor positions, including NGSS Science Subject Matter Expert and Curriculum Developer for Maryland Public Television, NGSS Assessment Writer for ETS, and various assessment development roles with organizations such as Newsela and WestEd. Bobby holds multiple degrees from Stevenson University, including a Master of Education in STEM Education and a Master of Science in Forensic Sciences, alongside an Administrator I Certification from Towson University focused on Organizational Leadership.
