Roberta Lyles has a rich background in media and broadcasting, with extensive experience in various roles since 1977. Currently, Roberta serves as a Videotape Operator at Maryland Public Television, a position held since April 1987, specializing in operating videotape formats and editing using Avid Symphony. Additionally, Roberta has been a Director at Pamoja Production Company since January 1986, where editing and shooting for personal productions are primary responsibilities. Past roles include serving as the Parliamentarian for the Association of Black Media Workers between 2007 and 2009 and working as an Audio Engineer at Maryland PBS from March 1986 to April 1987. Roberta's career began as a Volunteer Board Operator at WBJC in 1977. Educationally, Roberta holds a BAS in Electronic Engineering from Sienna Heights College, attended from 1979 to 1981.
