Lauren M has extensive experience in supporting deaf and hard-of-hearing students, currently serving as the Pre-Employment Transition Services Coordinator, Transition Specialist, and RCYCP at the Maryland School for the Deaf since September 2018. Previous roles include Residential Counselor at People Encouraging People from August 2018 to March 2020, and Paraprofessional positions at both Rocky Mountain Deaf School from September 2016 to September 2018 and Indiana School for the Deaf from October 2013 to September 2016. Lauren M has pursued education at Frederick Community College, the Maryland School for the Deaf, and the Rochester Institute of Technology.
