Shannon M Cooley

Instructional Technology Resource Specialist at Maryland School for the Deaf

Shannon M Cooley is an experienced instructional technology resource specialist currently employed at the Maryland School for the Deaf since August 2018. Previously, Shannon served as CPCC Lab Specialist II for the ASL-Interpreter Education Program at Central Piedmont Community College from 2013 to 2018. In the realm of graphic design, Shannon was the professional graphic designer and owner of Second Chance Graphic Design from 2003 to 2015, and also owned Shannon's Tea House from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, Shannon worked as a senior graphic designer and layout designer for The Dispatch Community Newspaper from 2005 to 2008. Shannon holds a Master of Science degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from East Carolina University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from Gallaudet University.
